What to keep in QuickBooks
If your accountant does your books in QuickBooks, keep it for that. Use WhizInvoice for enquiries, quotes, invoices and reminders, and QuickBooks for bank reconciliation, expenses and tax. WhizInvoice does not connect to or sync with QuickBooks, so agree with your accountant how your sales will reach your books, for example from the reports and CSV exports in WhizInvoice.
If you only ever used QuickBooks to send invoices, talk to your accountant before you change anything. If you do stop using it, download a full copy of your QuickBooks data first, so your past invoices and reports stay in your records.

Export your customers from QuickBooks
Go to Reports, then Standard reports, and open the Customer Contact List. Choose Export/Print and export it to Excel or as CSV. For your price list, open Products and services under Sales and Get Paid, choose More, then Run reports, and export that to Excel too.
Import them into WhizInvoice
On Solo or above, upload the file and match your columns to name, email, phone, address, postcode and price. If you exported to Excel, save the file as CSV UTF-8 first.
