Finish the job
If the job type asks for one, your customer signs on the screen with a finger. Tap Finish and the invoice is drafted from the job, extras included. Send it there and then, or leave it for the office to check and send. You choose which your team can do.

Set a checklist for each job type. Must do items have to be ticked before Finish, and the rest never get in the way.

Photos taken on the visit are saved on the job, so the office sees the finished work without asking for it.

Add the extra tap or the second room from your saved prices. It is on the invoice at Finish, at the right price.
Paid at the door
Customer paying now? Record cash, card or bank transfer, all or part, and the paid invoice can go straight to them by email.
Nothing from a store
Open app.whizinvoice.com and choose Add to Home Screen. It opens with its own icon, on iPhone and Android.
What the office sees
In the field shows where each person is up to, with their last stop and today’s visits. When a job is finished it comes back with its photos, extras, signature and the drafted invoice, ready to check.
Check in and check out times fill Timesheets, a week at a time from Monday. Fix a time or add a forgotten one, and the reason you give is always kept beside it. Download the week as a spreadsheet for payroll. Team talk lives next to the job too, in team chat.
Check ins, with your team's say
Check ins stay off until you switch them on in Settings, On the job, and confirm your team has been told. The phone then asks each person once: I agree, or No thanks, save times only. They can change their answer any time.
A location is saved only at three taps, On my way, Check in and Check out, and only for people who agreed. Never in between. Saved places are deleted after 90 days, and the times stay for timesheets.

Good to know
Do my staff need to download an app?
No. They sign in at app.whizinvoice.com on their phone and can add it to their Home Screen, where it opens with its own icon. There is no app store download and no update to wait for.
Does it work without phone signal?
Yes. Your visits are kept on the phone, and everything done on site waits and sends itself when signal comes back. The screen shows what is still waiting.
Is my team tracked all day?
No. A location is saved only when someone taps On my way, Check in or Check out, and only if they agreed. They can choose times only, and saved places are deleted after 90 days.
Can the technician send the invoice?
If you allow it. Finish the job always drafts the invoice. You choose whether your technicians can send it straight away or leave it for the office to check.
Can a subcontractor use it?
Yes, on Business and up. Invite them with the Subcontractor role and they see only the jobs you give them, with the site contact’s name and phone. Your prices, your customer list and your invoices stay with you, and they chat only in their own jobs. Each subcontractor counts as one of the people on your plan.
